About Gabriel

Gabriel Avila is a budding product designer who crafts stunning and intuitive user experiences and interfaces by understanding their core needs through extensive research. Gabriel believes that an empathetic humanist approach is the most effective in keeping users engaged and happy with the products they use, which makes those products, and the companies who make them, more successful in the long run.

Gabriel has recently completed a year-long, online boot camp to develop and hone his skills in the UX design process and is excited to gain further experience working as a UX designer. During the online boot camp, Gabriel has completed two full-length capstone design projects and one shorter design sprint. Each of the projects included research including user interviews, from-scratch design work, and testing prototypes on potential users.

Gabriel is located in Orange County, California. When not doing design work, Gabriel can be found cooking or baking, playing Old School RuneScape, or watching one of three things: European football, YouTube videos, or Love Island.
